Copywriter
Summary: The Copywriter is responsible for messaging strategy, copy development, copy revisions, and copy editing.
The Copywriter works alongside the Creative Director and Art Directors to develop art and copy that complement each other to create compelling, on-brand, and effective marketing collateral for clients.
The Copywriter may meet with clients to help explain creative copy choices and to gather information from the client regarding the messaging direction they believe they’d like to take, as well as the voice and brand identity the client would like to convey.
Responsibilities:
The Copywriter may develop copy for pieces including, but not limited to:
- Branding
- Nomenclature
- Traditional Media (print, broadcast, radio, OOH, direct mail)
- Digital Media (content marketing, social, display ads, rich media)
- Agency Self Promotion
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience
- Agency experience preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred but not required.

Account Executive
Summary: The Account Executive is responsible for daily contact between the agency and one or more client accounts. The account executive interfaces with various agency departments to move projects through on behalf of the client.
The account executive has major input in developing strategic marketing plans for their clients. After plans are developed and presented to clients, the account executive is responsible for carrying out the plan on a daily basis. The account executive is also responsible for gaining new business from existing clients. S/he is not a salesperson; s/he is a service person. The account executive should not be asked to cold canvas for new business. Reports to the account manager/director of account management.
Responsibilities:
- Handles day-to-day activities for assigned clients.
- Keeps apprised of progress of clients’ projects through production and traffic managers or other relevant personnel.
- Receives client briefings. Fills out Client Contact Reports for all client meetings and distributes to appropriate agency personnel. Quickly and accurately relays Client Change Orders to all appropriate agency personnel.
- Effectively presents, sells and defends all agency work/proposals to clients; supports other client service team members in these functions.
- Keeps apprised of clients’ brands/products/services/marketing developments.
- Assists in preparing client invoices, proposals, marketing communications and strategic marketing plans, media and public relations plans.
- Regularly checks for and responds promptly to all client communications, including calls and emails.
- Coordinates with interactive account executive to ensure traditional/interactive synthesis of marketing efforts.
- Oversees execution of approved programs.
- Checks and approves creative/production materials, copy, layouts, and production art, and coordinates client approval of same.
- Reviews billing prior to release to clients; ensures prompt collection of accounts receivable.
- Informs account supervisor regularly of account progress for all assigned clients; involves account supervisor immediately in event of potential problems, i.e., client/agency relations, budget overruns, etc.
- Coordinates project timing and budgets with all relevant agency personnel.
- Actively seeks additional projects/new business from client contacts.
- Keeps account coordinator/assistant informed of client activities.
- Represents agency at industry and community functions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in the client service field
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

Account Coordinator
Summary: The Account Coordinator assists the Account Executive in the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring deadlines are met and needs are communicated effectively to the internal client team, including designers, copywriters, and media department personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Handles paperwork and maintains both digital and hard copy files on all client activities, maintains client correspondence files, approvals, copy, forms/documents, supplies for daily processing and tracking of account service work, etc.
- Proofreads copy, artwork, agency, and printers’ proofs as requested; sees that all work completes the standard agency approval process before being reviewed by clients or turned over to suppliers.
- Provides administrative assistance to Account Executives, and Account Managers on day-to-day client activities, including responding to client phone calls, emails, and faxes, handling mail/packages, production and creative deadlines, media placements, etc., to ensure the continued progress of client workflow in the absence of the assigned account executive.
- Maintains client reference notebooks and/or digital archives for all assigned accounts, detailing past work and work-in-progress, and all pertinent information needed for accurate proofreading and meeting of client standards.
- Stays aware of client activities to provide backup when Account Executives are unavailable.
- Works with the team to move the workload forward through the Current360 process.

Media Coordinator
Summary: The Media Coordinator is an important role in the planning and implementation of various marketing opportunities through media channels. The position supports research for the development of media planning. The Media Coordinator assists the Media Buyer to contribute the execution of purchasing advertising space in print, outdoor, broadcast, and multiple online outlets. This job works with a variety of professional marketers and maintains a relationship with representatives of the media outlets. Teamwork and collaboration of internal coworkers are required to meet media timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Media Buyer in the development of purchasing advertising space in print, outdoor, broadcast radio, and various online outlets.
- Prepare media plans and organize budgets through Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets while maintaining a relationship with media outlet representatives.
- Track Google AdWords Campaigns and supply Analytics for our clients. The job requires daily ongoing optimization and performance reports to show how well the overall Pay Per Click Campaign is doing.
- Coordinate with the Traffic Manager to ensure publication material deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience.
- A focus on traditional media platforms and thorough knowledge of digital tactics.

Media Buyer
Summary: The role of the Media Buyer is to research, develop, place and manage media campaigns for agency clients. The media buyer works directly with client services, creative, and finance teams ensuring they have the proper media assets necessary to complete their job functions. The buyer assists in financial responsibilities within media campaigns including establishing appropriate budgets for clients, monitoring and actualizing campaign spending, and negotiating the best applicable rates with media sales reps.
Current360 is looking for an experienced media professional to lead the generation of all media strategies and plans for our clients.
Since 1984, our team has vigorously guarded and spent client dollars like our own money. We want a person who will continue this trait.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, develop strategies, and plan media campaigns
- Placement, monitoring, and optimizing of all media schedules
- Ongoing investigations of new media opportunities in the market
- Prepare deadlines and ad specifications for materials needed for the creative and client services departments
- Traffic all ads to necessary vendors
- Maintain relationships with media sales reps and negotiate best rates for all media placements
- Develop and update all media files (recommendations, flow charts, billing summaries, media reports, etc.)
- Work in conjunction with the media billing manager to review and resolve discrepancies on all media invoices for approval and billing to the client
- Obtains and forwards tear sheets (if required) for client services to distribute to client
- Maintain current software program skills related to the performance of daily job functions and actively participate in continuing education in the industry.
Qualifications:

Graphic Designer
Summary: The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact.
Responsibilities:
- Gather information and materials from client and co-workers to begin the design process
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
- Collaborate with a team of other designers, developers, traffic managers, marketing specialists, and sales professionals
- Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, websites, etc. – layout design and/or digital media
- Select colors, images, text style, and layout to maximize visual impact
- Present concepts to team members and/or clients
- Incorporate changes recommended by the clients or team members into the final design
