CurrentMarketing has again made Inc.‘s list of fastest growing, privately held companies in America.
Current ranked No. 3,525 in the Inc. 5000, the highest the company has been ranked since achieving a place on the Inc. 500 list in 2001.
“This is a very exciting time for our company,” said President of CurrentMarketing, Rick Schardein. “When you’re recognized in the Inc. 5000 you’re on the same list as companies such as Microsoft and Zappos, which is obviously a great honor.”
The Inc. 500 and 5000 awards are decided based on three year growth. Current recently saw a 53 percent increase in revenue over that time span.
Schardein believes much of the company’s growth can be attributed to expanding its core competencies.
“Our staffing has increased by well over 300 percent in the past four years despite the down economy,” Schardein said. “We’ve added five departments in only four years.”

According to Inc.
there are nearly 7 million private, employee-based firms in the country.
