I missed my cell phone

I recently moved to the country.  Upon moving into my new residence, I discovered that my cell phone coverage didn’t reached that far.  Once I arrived home from work or from my errands, I had no access to the outside world.  I couldn’t receive a phone call or a text message.  If my family wanted  to reach me, they would have to call my significant other on his phone (he has a different carrier).  This wasn’t going to work for me.  I love my phone.  It’s been referred  to as my pacifier.
I made a call to my cell phone carrier and related the information about not having reception in my new home.  They told me that I need a device called “Air Rave.”  It’s an electronic device that is hooked up to my home computer and internet.  This helps me receive the air waves in order to get phone calls and text messages.  The next day, I received my calls without a hitch.  Now I can enjoy the country living.
