CurrentMarketing-isms

Recently I came across this site that claims to have the longest collection of acronyms ever.
After scanning the site, I realized I only knew a handful out of the 1000+ list of acronyms. But, I do have our own acronyms (or should I say language) here at Current down pat:
MI – Media Island
Our media buyers are in an office across the courtyard from our main space.  It is very close to the mainland, but it feels like a far distance to travel over the uneven brick in the courtyard.
MEEPS – Media Peeps
A shortened form of Media and Peeps. They even have a junior MEEP named Rosie Miller.
TUDE – Attitude
Advertising can be crazy at times. It’s important to keep your attitude in check. Check your TUDE, dude.
PADOOF or DOOF – PDF , Postscript Data File
Almost all of our works is transferred via PDF. Asking for a Padoof or Doof just seems like so much more fun.
ITS – In the System
We use an online traffic management tool called CurrentTrack (a.k.a. “The System”). Without this system, we could not function. On average we say “I.T.S.” at least 3-5 times a day.
TWSS – That’s What She Said
I don’t think we’re alone on this one.
