Nokia sets Guinness world record

What do you get when you cross Nokia’s new N8 mobile phone and stop motion animation? That’s right, a Guinness world record! Believe it or not, Nokia’s latest mobile ad now holds the title of “smallest stop-motion animation character in a film.” The ad focuses solely on the story of “Dot,” a 9mm character who is making her way through a miniature world that is trying to consume her. Now you may be asking yourself how does this relate to Nokia’s new phone? Well, you are just going to have to see for yourself:

I will say that after watching the ad for the first time, it took a second for me to realize that I hadn’t been bombarded by senseless acronyms and features of the Nokia N8 (I found this rather refreshing). Instead I was treated to a creative and unique experience which in the end, made me want to learn more about the phone. My hat goes off to you Nokia, I thoroughly enjoyed the ad.
Check out the phone here.
